The Value Finance AMA Recap

We had a very successful AMA with the Value Finance yesterday, January 24th, at 10am UTC in the AVNRich Global Community. The AMA was hosted by the Project Manager Ms. Grace Valeros with the support of her team. It was the first AMA with the first IDO project to be launched in the AVNPAD Launchpad, and it was a thrilling experience for the entire team.

In this article, we will go over the recap of the AMA, as well as the questions and detailed responses from the Value Finance team, which is led by CEO and Co-Founder Luka Anthony.

Value Finance Team Introduction

First I will like to officially introduce myself and position on value finance team, My name is Darius (DEV, Lead social/media manager and content creator at Value Finance), I have been actively involved in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space as a content creator, writer, project analyst, and a bit of trading at my leisure time.

AMA Questions and Responses

Question 1. Where does the name Value Finance came from?

VFT Team Answer: It’s a simple name that aims to give a clear meaning into what we are trying to create for the blockchain space. It means giving and or creating values or valuable solutions that are needed to help the spaces develop.

2. What motivated you to start this project?

VFT Team Answer: The motivations comes from the knowledge of what we can contribute to not just the present but the future state of blockchain and its technologies

This motivation is further driven by our team of well informed and blockchain oriented individuals led by Founder/CEO Luka Tony and other seasoned experts in various field coming to get her to create value finance which can be relevant not at this moment in time but in the future of blockchain and its technologies

3. Can you list 3 killer features that Make it ahead of other competitors ? What are the competitive advantage that you feel most confident about?

VFT Team Answer: The VFT funds that will be used to help new project attain success at every stage of developments.

• The Easy accessibility to to all products and services on value finances ecosystem
• The limitless potential of what the future holds to blockchain technology and how value finance can stay relevant at every point in time.
• Another great features that will be introduced by value finance is the Value Finance launch Pad (VFTPAD) this will be utilized by project or raise funds needed to support their launch/development

4. The major problem of Defi is liquidity . Is there a solution for there that you would like to share with us?

VFT Team Answer: We have this fully covered as Sixty (60) percent of funds raised during the upcoming IDO will be added into the liquidity pool, we also aim to inject funds from proceeds/profit made through the use of our products and services towards additional liquidity if the need ever arise.

5. Do you have audit report and how safe is your smart contract from bugs?

6. What are your #1 priority for the next 3–6 months?

VFT Team Answer: As a project with full consultancy services we will work hard in building on below details:

• Stake & Lending: we want our users to be able to utilize our token through this stake and lending. Also get some ref bonus on every new referral stakes. Much details will be stated in coming days.
• Value Multichain explorer with portfolio management:- with this our users get to utilize any evm project you using our explorer just like DexTools today but with ours you can as well check your portfolio.
• Value Merch store:- all our technical development jobs will be listed here for projects to be able to purchase and we install any of their demands for them. Much more to be stated when platform is ready.
• Partnerships:- we’re currently in talks with few ventures and institutions which I’m on it with my team. Been on live calls recently. Will do more to get them onboard VFT project in future.
• Lastly, is marketing along with ambassador program cause that’s most beautiful thing a project must always think about whenever they are talking about product. We have all marketing in place to support all VFT utilities.

7. I read in your tweet that value finance serve as bridge that will enhance that will enhance upcoming and existing project in development of other products and services. Could you please explain to us what it’s meant and how you want to achieve this?

VFT Team Answer: Helping project to enhance development and other services is mainly what we do even before VFT came up. We try much to assist projects to the with our services and also work to get more sources needed as support.

Now we will have our ValueFi capital this is to help project that have gone through our evaluation and also guide them in development of their choices and also getting all services they might need. This way we’re also securing our investment by rendering them all they need. Cause we dont intend only to invest but also support in any we can to help the project to be successful.

Also building available products on our Merch store also reduces cost of production of any project. If your are spending $50k to get a product or any services you can get it less in our store

8. Value finance multi blockchain bridge will allow projects to transfer assets across multiple chains. Can you share more in details ?

VFT Team Answer: The multiple blockchain bridge is to give easy access to bridge token from one blockchain to another e.g converting or sending a coin/token on Binance smart chain to other chain (polygon, Eth, avax) without the need to leave the platform or use of centralized exchange

This is mirroring the way other bridge or platform e.g hop exchange works but the advantage of VFT bridge is the reduction in fees across all bridges and the future potential of adding more blockchains to the list of already existing chains supported.

9. How will users be able to benefit from your merchandise store?

VFT Team Answer: We have aligned several incentives/rewards for those who make use of our merchandise store which includes having complete access to all products on the store; also holders of VFT token will be to participate in profit sharing on all purchase made on the store this will be proportional to the numbers of token held individually.

10. Almost every investor holds the token for the short-term without understanding the long-term value. So, how can you ensure for us that holding this token is more beneficial for long-term and what is your plan to increase the demand and scarcity of the token?

VFT Team Answer: There will be staking immediately after the launch of the project and this will reward the long term holders accordingly, a buyback and burn that will be determined current state at the time of the event will also be carried out which will gradually reduce the number of VFT in circulation thereby creating more values to long term holders not to forget the possibility of profit sharing as stated in my previous answer to question 9 above. CEO Luka Anthony Answers: Great one! I’m a expert when it comes to market strategy and like I always tell our community that the current VFT marketing they are seeing now is just a test. We have spent much in short time. But we truly appreciate the feedback we got. And one thing I’m certain is that we will work more on development and marketing. This way our VFT will be highly appreciated in all corners. We’re not just stopping there after ido.

Currently, evaluation are so part of my skill. We can detect any project goals by the look. Except we don’t want to say anything. We have also worked with few projects and know what it takes to be fake and even if they come in all manners. I have my team of research and I’m also very good with it as well

Secondly they will also have to be audited but we will also evaluate the team mindset and experience.

Our Merch store is not just like cloth shopping. It’s going to be strictly for blockchain products either available ones like forks dapp or other stuff. Or scratch we will also sponsor the development all will be our platform. There will always be a ref for our members who chooses to direct client to our store, also some benefits from all our ecosystem goes to holders. So they can expect some rewards aside our token.

VFT Team answer: We are in talks with some few ventures I can’t mention names but they’re all interested with our concept and i hope to work hand in hand with them in delivery VFT.

2. from @sheckwesz: Many projects start with inexperienced team members and some of them don’t go well because of mistakes. How was the experience and background of the your team effective in project success?And how are you going to instill trust in your user base, since the team is anonymous?

VFT Team Answer: Have been in crypto and in marketing, advisory sector for a while and I have learnt and understand what areas to take for project appreciation. We’re not just all about talks or hype. Our little marketing we have done so far can give you an hint of what VFT can do on long run. Our team is not anonymous take note!

3. from @lizbeth77: How do you intend to reduce the cost of production to the blockchain project you intend to offer you products and services in terms of finance and development?

- What are the several ways the value finance capital would be use to invest in other projects development?

VFT Team Answer: By providing the readily available tools and services on our platform to such projects after vetting/verifying the state of the project, this will help to reduce cost unlike when the project decides to build from ground zero

After a proper verification and project review has been done and the said project is approved, VFT will be triggered and funds will be made available to such project in respect to their request. These funds can be utilized for development of products, marketing/promotion and any other means necessary

4. from @sheckwesz : So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing right now?

VFT Team Answer: Our major goal is community development with our stake and lending features. We want our community to be actively solid and will work with various KoL’s leaders in reaching out height

5. from @Oyinskii: What is the procedure through which project can apply or benefit from the VFT funds ?

- what is the possible timeframe for listing on a centralized exchange after the official launch?

VFT Team Answer: First they have to reach out to us and present their project while also agreeing to a complete KYC of members of their team which includes all details that we will demand for, then we proceed to a complete check of the projects which includes details on their plans, roadmap

We already have some basic agreement with several exchange and we should be able to wrap up one or two listing within a month. But we prefer top tiered exchange for proper visibility
